Director of Sales and Marketing

Job Description: Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for telecommunications technology.  Increase revenue and expand customer base.  Manage sales staff.

Basic Qualifications: We're looking for someone who is a self-starter and organized.  Must have 5+ years technology sales experience.  Knowledge of the telecom industry and experience in a supervisory role a plus.  Excellent communication, presentation, and PC skills required. 

Executive Operations Engineer

Job Description: Schedule orders and maintain on-time ship dates. Supervise manufacturing personnel. Manage and implement quality control processes. Troubleshoot issues with manufacturing processes and equipment. Improve efficiency and reliability in manufacturing processes. Competitive compensation and benefits. 

Basic Qualifications: BS in Engineering, Optics, or Physics. 5+ years experience in fiber optic system/component engineering and/or manufacturing.  Experience with fiber optic components, such as diode lasers, external modulators, various fiber types, couplers, isolators, fiber switches, receivers, etc.  Experience in the fundamentals of fiber optic subsystems assembly, including: pigtailing, splicing, connectorization, and optical packaging. Excellent communication skills.
